These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sweet Dezire website and related online ordering services. By placing an order or using the website you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the website. We may update these Terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page will change when we do.

Sweet Dezire is a food business offering handmade desserts for collection and delivery as described on our website and app.

Menu descriptions and prices are shown as clearly as we can. We may correct obvious errors (including pricing or availability) before we accept your order.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the total shown at checkout when you confirm your order.

Promotional codes and loyalty rewards may have additional rules shown in the app or at checkout. Most codes and wallet rewards can be applied on the website checkout page; if something is not supported there, use the app.

Collection times and delivery windows depend on our kitchen capacity, your chosen slot (where offered), and traffic or weather for delivery.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and address details. If we cannot reach you or access the delivery location, we may cancel or return the order in line with our reasonable policies.

While we take care to describe ingredients, our kitchen handles common allergens. If you have a severe allergy, contact us before ordering and follow any allergen information we provide.

We cannot guarantee an environment free of trace allergens.

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once preparation has started we may not be able to offer a full refund.

If something is wrong with your order, contact us with your order reference and we will work with you fairly under UK consumer law.

You agree not to misuse the website (for example by attempting to disrupt security, scrape data in bulk without permission, or use automated tools to place fraudulent orders).

We may suspend access where we reasonably believe Terms have been broken.

Branding, images, text, and software on the website are owned by Sweet Dezire or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss beyond the price of the order in dispute where the law allows us to limit liability.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring claims in their local courts where the law allows.
